Policies
Version 2026-10-31 draft 1 · updated October 31, 2026. These policies cover wholesale orders placed by approved businesses through the MostFit Hydration order portal.

Preorders
- Preorders are 15% off the regular wholesale price of $48.00 a case. The minimum order is 10 cases.
- You pay for a preorder when you place it. We deliver when our shipment arrives. If the estimated date moves, your rep will tell you the new date.
- Preorder stock is limited to 1,500 cases. An unpaid preorder invoice holds its cases for 48 hours, then it's cancelled and the cases go back on sale.
- You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it's out for delivery. Tell your rep. To confirm
Delivery and shipping
- Delivery is free anywhere within 30 miles of downtown Kansas City, including North Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Independence and Lee's Summit. Our team delivers the order ourselves.
- We'll confirm a delivery window with you. Add receiving hours or instructions in the delivery notes at checkout.
- Outside the free delivery area, we quote shipping before you pay, and it's billed on your invoice.
- Please count and check your cases when they arrive.
Damaged or incorrect orders and refunds
- If cases arrive damaged, short or wrong, tell your rep within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where you can. We'll replace the cases or refund them. To confirm
- Because product is sold for resale, we don't take back undamaged product once it's delivered, unless we agree to it in writing. To confirm
- Refunds go back to the card used to pay, through Shopify.
Pricing, payment and sales tax
- The price you see in the portal is confirmed with our checkout before you pay. You'll never be charged a price you weren't shown.
- Payment is by card through Shopify's secure checkout. Nothing is delivered until it's paid.
- Wholesale purchases for resale can be tax-exempt. Send your rep a signed resale exemption certificate (Missouri Form 149 or Kansas Form ST-28A). Until it's on file, sales tax is charged where we're required to collect it.
- Prices and discounts can change. Changes apply to new orders, never to an order you've already paid.
Your account
- Ordering is for businesses we've approved. Each buyer gets a personal order link. Keep it private: anyone with it can order for your store. If it's shared by mistake, ask your rep for a new one and the old one stops working.
Privacy
- We collect what we need to sell to and serve your business: business and contact details, delivery addresses, order history, and messages with our team.
- Payments are processed by Shopify. We don't see or store your card number.
- We use your information to process and deliver orders, support your account and tell you about orders and products. We don't sell it. We share it only with services that help us run the business (such as Shopify and our email provider) or when the law requires.
- You can stop marketing emails any time with the unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, contact your MostFit rep.
Terms
- These policies, your order and its invoice make up the agreement for each wholesale order. If they conflict, the invoice controls. To confirm
- We're not responsible for delays outside our control, such as a late shipment from our supplier. If we can't fill a paid order, we refund it in full. To confirm
